Brestyan’s Payment Policies

·         A $95 dollar fee must accompany all registrations annually in September or upon entering the program at any time during the year.

·         Prices reflect monthly fees that are due in full the 1st of each month. A $10 late fee will be applied to your account for failure to submit payment by the 10th of the month and every 10 days after that.

·         All students will be automatically re enrolled and charged for each month until written notification is submitted via UNENROLL / STOP PAYMENT FORM to the main office. For your convenience we offer an Autopay Option. Autopay Payments are taken on the 4th of the month

·         Unenrollment requires written notice by the 15th of the prior month and no refunds or adjustments will be made after the 1st of the month.

·         Brestyan’s Gymnastics requires that all students provide a credit card to be kept on file. (For more information regarding the On-file credit card policy refer to Brestyan’s Credit Card Policy in Jackrabbit)

·         Brestyan’s may add, remove, combine classes based on demand or any other extenuating circumstance.

·         A pro-rated Tuition fee may only apply to the 1st month of enrollment based upon start date. All other consecutive months will reflect the above set fee(s). Schedule will run August 28, 2023- June 22, 2023.

·         For a missed class, each student is allowed 1 makeup class based on availability. Class must schedules in the office and be completed within 30 days of which the class was missed.
